Consequently, it is not appropriate for people with medical problems or small children. Please bring appropriate clothing (in case of cold weather) and sports footwear. The road will take us on a drive through the Zgornjesavska Dolina valley towards Kranjska Gora where we will take a short break at Lake Jasna and enjoy the scenic view of the beautiful nature. From there we continue along the road which will take us on a winding ascent towards the highest Slovenian mountain pass Vršič.
Stretch your legs with a refreshing hike to the nearest peak for another breathtaking view. The descent from Vršič into the Trenta Valley will be full of scenic views as well. Trenta is known for its rich historical heritage and pristine nature. A short hike will take us to the stunningly beautiful source of the emerald river Soča. You can fill your water bottles with the crystal-clear spring water. Afterward, we will descend into the town of Bovec. Here you will have an opportunity to go on the best rafting trip in Slovenia, a thrilling zipline ride, or just a quiet lunch break.
After all the sights and impressions we will take a car train ride to the Bohinj Valley which is known for its lake, the old stone bridge, and the church. After a stroll around the area, a short ride will take us back to the beautiful Bled. The trip takes around 12 hours and it will be the highlight of any holiday in Slovenia!
